Liquid Staking of KLAY by Kommune DAO

KLAY holders can stake KLAY through Kommune DAO, and when they delegate their KLAY to Kommune DAO, they will receive governance tokens (KoKLAY). KoKLAY, which is paid at the time of staking, is a token secured by staked KLAY, and can be used for additional asset management. Kommune DAO stakes the delegated KLAY to Klaytn, and receives 10% of the staking reward as a commission. (This naturally means that staking users will receive 90% of the staking reward.) However, the commission fee for the staking reward can be adjusted according to the agreement of DAO users.
