🔭Major Role of Kommune DAO Core Team

Kommune DAO core team is responsible for maintaining the stable and sustainable operation of the community, and promoting the growth of the ecosystem by reflecting the needs of the participants as much as possible. It is also responsible for the initial operation and management of the project, and establishes and implements additional strategies for the continuous development of the community. The roles of the core team are:

• Strategy and Vision Establishment: Sets the direction of development and the goals of the ecosystem, and establishes the strategies and visions to achieve them.

• Suggestions and Idea Management: Gathers and reviews the proposed ideas from the community and proceeds with the vote when necessary to make a final decision.

• Governance and Voting Operation: Improves the governance structure, manages the voting process, and reflects the needs of participants.

• Community Management and Communication: Promotes community participation and maintains communication channels among stakeholders so as to create a healthy community culture.

• Partnership and Collaboration Management: Establishes partnerships and manages collaborations with various institutions, projects, and groups to support the growth of the ecosystem.

• Fund and Resource Management: Efficiently allocates and manages DAO funds and resources to ensure the sustainable DAO operation (node operation, community development/operation, reward and treasury management, etc.).

• Regulatory and Legal Compliance: Complies with relevant laws and regulations, and takes action when necessary by seeking legal advice.

• Performance Monitoring and Evaluation: Project progress and performance are monitored and evaluated periodically to encourage continuous improvement.
