Welcome to Kommune. This site is a web hosting user interface ("API," "Interface," "Service," or "App") provided by Colligence ("we"). This interface allows providers and borrowers of certain crypto assets to access decentralized blockchain protocols and participate in an autonomous interest rate market.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") describe the terms and conditions under which you may access and use the Interface. You should carefully read these Terms. By reading and understanding these Terms, you indicate your agreement to all of them. If you do not agree to the Terms, you must not use or access the Interface.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The modified Terms will take effect immediately upon posting, and your continued use of the Interface will be deemed as acceptance of those modifications. If you do not agree with the changes, you must immediately cease using or accessing the Interface.
To access or use the Interface;
You must be at least 18 years old,
You must have full rights to comply with these Terms on behalf of yourself and any legal entity you are authorized to represent,
You must ensure that your purpose for using the Service does not violate any laws, and that you have no relationship with illegal entities and will not provide support to illegal entities.
We are a blockchain-based decentralized finance platform that enables users to conduct autonomous financial activities through smart contracts. We do not claim ownership of user assets, and users retain all rights to their cryptocurrencies. Users interact with the Interface through third-party self-managed wallets, and we cannot control or guarantee the user's wallets.
We own all intellectual property rights to the Service and its content. This includes software, text, images, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, patents, and designs. You may use the Service only for personal and non-commercial purposes, and you may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the Service without express written permission.
We are committed to protecting your personal information. Data collected from the use of the Service is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your personally identifiable information (PII) and aggregate data, but we cannot guarantee that third parties will not misuse your PII. You acknowledge that you provide PII and aggregate data at your own risk. By accessing or using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your PII and aggregate data.

In the event of a dispute, you and we will first attempt to resolve it through informal and good faith negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute may be settled through arbitration. Any disputes between the Company and members regarding the use of services and these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The courts of the Republic of Korea shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes related to the use of services, and the competent court shall be determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.
You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations related to your use of the Service. If the Service violates the laws of a specific country or region, you must not use the Service.
The use of blockchain and cryptocurrencies involves inherent risks. You acknowledge these risks and agree to use the Service. The cryptocurrency market is highly volatile, and users must assume these risks.
The Service may include links to third-party resources, and we are not responsible for the content of those resources. The risks associated with the use and access of third-party products or services are borne by the user.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior oral or written agreements. Our failure to exercise any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
