Composition and Roles of Working Group

Kommune DAO selects a Working Group based on the amount of KoKLAY holdings and participation, and grants appropriate authority to this group. A Working Group is endowed with three roles: Moderator, Monitor, and Operator.

The moderator plays the role of reviewing and approving the agenda submitted to the forum, and is responsible for integrating various opinions into the governance agenda.

The monitor manages the exposure of posts or comments that are not suitable for forums to maintain the healthy environment of the forum.

The operator announces the current status of the agenda and act as a general operational supporter. In this way, each Working Group supports the effective operation and governance of Kommune DAO.
